For a chest circumference of 75 cm and a bust circumference of 105-107 cm, you should choose 34G.
I already bought a similar model, but it was made from a different fabric - more elastic. During the first fitting, I heard the seams crackling as they stretched. Otherwise, it's fine, but I think it will quickly become defective.
This is the fourth bra I've bought; it's really good, excellent for sports, and the size is accurate.

The straps of the bra are shorter and wider, the material feels different, softer and more stretchy, which means it will quickly become unusable, stretch out, and stop holding its shape. The size is basically the same, but I probably won't buy it a second time. I fell for the deception, thought it was the original...
